5. Even after the order has been sent, can I still make changes?
Please be aware that your delivery address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your delivery address to your current address for your next order.
6. How long does it take to ship? And how can I track my order?
Delivery time is based on the shipping option you chose. After your order is shipped, we will send your tracking number and tracking website via email (the one you registered with your order). Order processing and shipping will take 1 to 7 business days . After this period, the tracking code will be sent to the email address you provided during registration for real-time tracking. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service.
